Terms of Business

These Terms of Business govern all work undertaken by OUTSAUCE. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Services

We provide creative, design, and marketing services as agreed in the project proposal or contract. Any additional work requested will be quoted separately.

2. Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with UK Late Payment legislation.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with OUTSAUCE until payment is received in full, at which point rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it without prior consent, except as required by law.

5. Liability

OUTSAUCE will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from our work. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant project.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. The client will be responsible for all work completed up to the date of termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Business are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
