3. Fees and Payment
Our fees are as stated in our quotes or pricing guides. We require payment according to the following schedule:
- Project deposits may be required before work commences.
- Invoices are typically due within 14 days of the invoice date.
- We reserve the right to pause work if payments are overdue.
4. Intellectual Property
Until full payment is received, all creative work remains the property of OUTSAUCE. Upon final payment, the rights to the agreed final designs are transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, text, and images required for the project. Delays in providing this information may result in project timeline extensions.
6. Liability
While we strive for excellence, OUTSAUCE shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services provided. Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific project in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
